About The Project

When Tony and Sandra Dart acquired The Lemon Grove Hotel and the 15 team members in 2013, they were keen to systemise their workplace health and safety to free up their time to focus on growing a great hotel experience for their customers.

Tony engaged CHD Partners to conduct an audit of the hotels existing system and identify any gaps. As a result of the audit a number of actions were required, and CHD Partners was engaged to implement a safe system of work that would work for business which had limited resources.

Like most old-style hotels there are limited places to store folders or records and there is no office space. CIRT makes reporting easy as it can be completed on the computer, iPad or mobile phone. End of shift, toolbox talks, inductions and monthly reporting is completed online and easily retrieved when needed. It does away with manual forms and notes and all located in the cloud.
