CHD partners (or CIRT) commenced working with Brett Burgess, the CEO from Club Singleton in 2014.
Brett Burgess, the Clubs Chief Executive Office and his team were committed to ensuring the Club continue to be a safe environment for everyone, staff including the restaurant (contractors) and customers.
Club Singleton had been operating under stringent WH&S policies but wanted to investigate ways to manage their SafeWork obligations in a more systematic manner. Brett had learnt from previous Clubs that good records and evidence is critical to proving to WorkSafe that the Club has done everything reasonably practical to meets its WH&S obligations.
Club Singleton specifically wanted to look at ways to onboard new staff quickly and efficiently and train them on emergency management, induction for bar, gaming and kitchen (restaurant) and Greenskeeper’s.
CIRT worked with Brett and the team to implement the workplace health and safety platform tailored specifically to their needs to ensure they not just met but exceeded all their workplace health and safety obligations.
