CHD Partners has considerable expertise in relation to law enforcement. Prior to coming together to form CHD Partners, Garner, Michael and Sally had all undertaken work for or in relation to policing. Michael was employed by NSW Police for 15 years; Garner has taught on various policing subjects and Sally was associated with research projects in police education and policing practice.
CHD Partners have undertaken numerous projects in relation to law enforcement and policing. CHD Partners is currently evaluating the NSW Police Integrated Case Management Model for young Arabic-speaking people in south-western Sydney. CHD Partners have also developed a Traffic Offenders Program manual for NSW Police and Community Youth Clubs (PCYC), assisted NSW PCYC in revising its Targeted Programming Manual and provided training to Youth Liaison Officers (NSW Police) and Youth Program Officers (PCYC).
