Welcome to CHD Partners Online Portal Login page. CHD Partners has developed a new online portal for two purposes which are outlined below. Individual organisations that are displayed on this site have purchased a persoal or corporate portal and are independant organisations to CHD Partners.

INDUSTRY WIDE / COMMUNITY
CHD Partners has developed a number of portals to assist small to medium organisations, government and other industries identify and undertand their various occupational health and safety, compliance, crime and security requriements. Individual organisations can purchase membership to these areas and receieve regualr updates, materials and up to date research.

PERSONAL OR CORPORATE PORTALS
Organisations can purchase a portal that will assist them to manage their inductions, training and professional development online. The portal includes the following functionality:

Induction training and reporting
Online learning (small and short course)
Compliance testing and reporting
Forums for consulting with staff and contractors
Library of resources
Centralised access to policy, procedures, safe work method statements and material safety data sheet
Toolbox / safety talks for staff

The portal has been developed to assist businesses to provide easy access to company information on and off site with password protected access. Access to areas can be restricted to managers, supervisors or other specialised staff.

REPORTING
The system can provide reports on employee compliance and training to assist management (occupational health and safety and human resource staff) to manage small and large workplaces.

TRAINING
There are three different types of training scenarios currently developed:

Full Course: Courses such as responsible service of alcohol refresher training and anti – money laundering and counter terrorism financing are full courses that take approximately one to two hours to complete.
Short Course (Safety Compliance/ Tool Box) : A number of short courses such as armed robbery awareness, preparing for court, occupational health and safety have been developed that take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Knowledge Assessments: These assessments take about five to six minutes to complete. We have developed a series of multiple choice questions to be answered by individual employees. At the completion of the assessment the candidate is provided with the results and correct answers. The results are also emailed to the candidate’s supervisor.
