Manager and Supervisor Training Systems

The Manager and Staff Training System is a method of instruction to assist supervisors and managers to provide ongoing training to staff members during operational hours. The aim of these sessions is that they are conducted in small groups in the workplace and take no more then five to ten minutes to complete.
