Online Learning

Welcome to CHD Partners Online Learning Centre. This area is under development. After completion, the Online Learning Centre will provide four areas of learning opportunities including:

Computer Assessment Portal
The computer assessment portal is designed to test learner’s knowledge in relation to specific areas of responsibility such as powers of arrest for security guards or the preferred way to respond in the event of an armed robbery. Participants will log onto the system and complete a series of questions and submit their responses. They will then receive their results immediately. Online Learning Courses
This area is under development. CHD Partners is committed to providing easy to access and cost effective training in security and crime prevention. A series of courses will be developed to assist practitioners to undertake study online.

Manager and Supervisor Training Systems
The Manager and Staff Training System is a method of instruction to assist supervisors and managers to provide ongoing training to staff members during operational hours. The aim of these sessions is to be conducted in small groups in the workplace and take no more then five to ten minutes to complete.

Library
This area will provide links to articles and fact sheets from the CHD Partners website and other websites to assist learners in gathering further information to undertake their learning.
