CHD Partners have created a system that will allow your business to identify and manage the risks associated with handling and preparing food.
 

You will be allocated your own compliance officer from CHD Partners who will visit you onsite at least twice. We will also give you access to an innovative online food safety monitoring system.
 

A simple-to-use online survey will let you record what you are currently doing with food and what the conditions are like in your premises. You simply log on and click the buttons to answer a series of questions. Your answers to this survey are immediately sent to CHD Partners so we can begin our assessment of how you are going. Most importantly, this starts the process of gaining documented proof that your business is taking steps to maintain compliance with food safety legislation.
 

Next, you will receive a reply from us telling your initial results. We will show you any sections of the Act and Regulations where you may not be currently complying. But more than that, we’ll come and see you and we’ll advise you how to change things.

Our onsite audits together along with the information gained each month from your online surveys will allow us to prepare a detailed annual report to protect your business.
